What is your check in/check out policy?

Check-in time: 3:00pm Check-out time: 12:00pm Late Check -Out fee $50.00 As the front desk is not manned 24 hours, please inform The Sandpiper Guest Apartments of your expected arrival time at the time of making your booking, with your airline and flight details. Guest must be 18 years of age to check into this property.
What is the cancellation policy?

There is a 14 day cancellation policy at The Sandpiper. Your deposit will be returned less $20.00 handling charge. Should you cancel with 14 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. Larger Parties with multiple rooms will have a 21 day cancellation policy.
What if we have additional guests?

Extra-person charges will apply to any overnight guests residing in the unit not previously disclosed in the booking.
Does your property allow parties/events, smoking, or pets?

The property has a policy that does not permit the following: NO parties/events NO smoking in the rooms NO pets
Can I bring my kids? Do you have extra beds?

Children are welcomed at The Sandpiper. Children 12 years and younger stay free with maximum of 2 children. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for cots in the guest rooms. We do offer Pack & Play for babies/infants.
What are the forms of payment accepted?

We accept Master/Visa, Discovery cards and cash. AMEX cards accepted by calling directly.
